The process went exceptionally smooth and from day one I appreciated the professionalism and many features of service offered to me. One being have a booklet with information and pictures of all of the places we saw on our tour. I am a visual learner and like to refer back to my notes to rank and rate. January 2012 I was given the role as executor of my mother’s estate. At that time I was introduced to Erik Blinn by another BW professional who I knew from their Residential side. I needed a Commercial Real Estate professional to work with me to sell a parking lot and a building in Lakeview. The parking lot had been listed with another firm long before my mother passed away.
Erik listed the parking lot and building. Both sold within six months. My siblings and I were in awe. He has been absolutely amazing to work with. He knows the Chicago market and has connections to make sure his listings are viewed. We actually received three bids on the building. Dealing with Erik on a personal level has been a privilege. I have six siblings who are looking to me to make sure my mother’s estate is properly handled. Erik responds in a ‘heartbeat’. Regardless of what or when I ask him a question he is right there and answers me immediately. I have relied upon him for guidance on a number of issues dealing with these sales and he is always considerate, compassionate and professional.
