Once I had decided on a unit, he was even better.  Even with virtually no help from the seller's agent--Erik picked up keys numerous times, met contractors at the unit to get estimates, while the other agent did little more than pick up her check at closing.  Despite this, Erik went above and beyond in helping me out throughout the entire process.  I highly recommend Erik to anyone looking to buy or sell.

One being have a booklet with information and pictures of all of the places we saw on our tour. I am a visual learner and like to refer back to my notes to rank and rate. That was awesome, I also really liked how a lot of the process was able to be handled via email especially since I was moving across the U.S. and wasn't readily available to talk 100% of the time. At that time I was introduced to Erik Blinn by another BW professional who I knew from their Residential side.  I needed a Commercial Real Estate professional to work with me to sell a parking lot and a building in Lakeview.  The parking lot had been listed with another firm long before my mother passed away.   Erik listed the parking lot and building.
